Description
This vegan, gluten-free, no added sugar smoothie fits in farm-fresh, summery produce and lots of servings of veggies into your day.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- ½ peach, unpeeled, pitted (may use fresh, or unsweetened frozen or canned)
- 1 small carrot, unpeeled
- 1 baby zucchini, unpeeled
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place applesauce, peach, carrot, zucchini, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and ice cubes into blender.
- Process until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).
- Pour into a large glass.
- Serve immediately.
