Sheara: Leading Glamour Model talks about her Fitness Regime, Diet and Beauty Secrets

Sheara (pronounced She-Ra), is an aspiring model, influencer & entrepreneur from Canada with a unique background which includes a French & Italian heritage, is making a big splash in the industry. A force to look out for, with her strong determination and second to none work ethics, it’s no reason why Sheara’s caught the attention of many top brands, photographers & other models dominating the scene.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Sheara an exceptionally talented glamour model here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, and her beauty secrets.

Namita Nayyar:

Where you were born and had your early education? How you decided to pursue modeling that later propelled your career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of modeling. Tell us more about your professional journey of exceptional hard work, tenacity, and endurance.

Sheara:

I was born in a small town in Ontario, Pembroke. We then moved to Niagara Falls Ontario where I began school. I remember being about 15 looking at a girl in a higher grade then I was pursuing modeling and I always thought wow she is gorgeous! I’d love to try it once in my life.

In high school I was big into sports and fitness. I was on the volleyball team, soccer and basketball team, also did some cheerleading. I was always active. I finally set aside my career as a salon owner for a bit took some time to myself to start my social media influencer journey and as an entrepreneur I am absolutely loving every bit of it . I will continue to see how far I go.

Namita Nayyar:

Tell us more about your first assignment as a model that was a catalyst in your meteoric rise as a glamour model?

Sheara:

My first assignment to becoming a model was a photo shoot I got offered by a local photographer for boudoir shoot from there on in, it motivated me to get healthy and fit and continue pursuing modeling journey. Here I am still going and at my healthiest I’ve ever been.

Namita Nayyar:

You are the leading social media personality, model, influencer, entrepreneur, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multidimensional lifestyle?

Sheara:

Routine and motivation.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Sheara:

The stair master is one of my favorite daily routines not only is it great cardio but an amazing full body work out.

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Sheara:

My abs I train every other day while holding a 35 pound weight doing 10 reps of 4 sets. One of my secrets to keep pushing harder every day at the gym? GoFit Tabs!! It helps to heal my muscle faster which lets me keep my consistent workouts at its highest level.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Sheara:

Every morning I start with a fruit water smoothie. I will include 1 banana, strawberries, ginger, spinach, fresh pressed lemon juice and 1 scoop of protein. Sometimes I will add an egg to my morning breakfast then get to the gym for my daily work out.

Namita Nayyar:
