Description
Make this icy, easy-breezy, low-added sugar, blended Light & Lovely Cantaloupe Margarita with only five ingredients in minutes!
Ingredients
Margarita:
- 1 medium fresh cantaloupe, peeled, cubed (about 4 cups), chilled
- 2 fresh medium limes, juiced
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
- ½ cup silver tequila
- ¼ cup triple sec (orange liqueur)
- 12 ice cubes
Salted Cinnamon Sugar Rim (optional):
- ½ lemon or lime
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon salt
Garnish (optional):
- 6 cubes cantaloupe
- 6 lime wedges
- 6 mint leaves
- 6 toothpicks
Instructions
- Place cubed cantaloupe, lime juice, agave nectar, tequila, triple sec, and ice cubes in the container of a large blender.
- Process until smooth and blended.
- If desired, rim glasses (6 small or 4 large) with the salted cinnamon sugar: Run the cut, wet side of a fresh lemon or lime against the rim of each glass to moisten it.

- Fill glasses with margarita.
- If desired, garnish with a toothpick threaded with cantaloupe cube, lime wedge, and mint leaf.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 6 small margaritas (1 ¼ cups per serving); or 4 large margaritas (1 ¾ cups each).
