Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

If you’re like me, you simply can’t wait until pumpkin spice starts appearing in everything, from candles and hand soap to bread, soup, and, yes, coffee. Is there anything better than a Pumpkin Spice Latte on a cool day? But how much real pumpkin—or any real ingredients, for that matter—is in a coffee shop pumpkin spice latte? Hence the inspiration for this easy, yummy vegan Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe, which is made with real pumpkin and real spices—no sugary syrups or fake powders, thank you very much!

You can whip this up as quick as you can drive to your nearby coffee shop to order a pumpkin spice latte, too. It features plant-based milk, canned or cooked pumpkin, espresso, cinnamon, cloves, and a hint of maple syrup. Low in added sugar, and filled with flavor, let it power your day with comforting flavor and health.
