Celery Juice with Fresh Rosemary

Cool, herbal, vegetable-infused beverages are so trendy today—and I think it’s a good thing. Simple beverages filled with pureed vegetables like celery are a great way to hydrate, along with fitting in important servings of veggies into your diet. This low-calorie celery juice beverage has both celery stalk and the leaves, along with lemon juice, and rosemary for a cool green drink with just a touch of spice, thanks to cayenne. With just the barest touch of sweetener, this Celery Juice with Fresh Rosemary is a flavorful non-alcoholic beverage you can feel really good about enjoying.

Celery Juice Benefits

In this celery beverage, you gain all of the benefits of the whole celery plant as it’s pureed—no straining out of the plant fiber that occurs in many celery juicing recipes.

Plus, those celery ingredients provide you with fiber, antioxidant compounds, vitamins, and minerals—so what’s not to love? How to make celery juice in this recipe? This gluten-free, vegan, low-calorie beverage can be easily whipped up in a standard blender; just add celery, fresh rosemary, lemon juice, agave or maple syrup, cayenne, and salt to the blender, puree well, then pour over two glasses of ice for breakfast, snack time, special meal, or outdoor party. Just make sure you give your blender ample time to blend the ingredients so it’s smooth.
