*Herbes de Provence is a French herbal blend containing fennel, marjoram, parsley, rosemary, tarragon, lavender, and thyme. You can find it in many well stocked supermarkets or online, or you can make it yourself here.

You can also roast this recipe in an oven at 375 F for about 10-15 minutes instead of grilling it in step 6.
