Description
This healthy, low-calorie, non-alcoholic beverage is filled with the cool, herbal goodness of celery, rosemary, lemons, and cayenne pepper.
Ingredients
- 2 medium stalks celery with leaves, chopped into quarters
- ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary (or dried)
- 1 small lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon agave or maple syrup
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place celery, rosemary, lemon juice, agave or maple syrup, cayenne pepper, salt, and water in the container of a high-power blender.
- Process for a few minutes, until the mixture is finely liquified.
- Fill two glasses with ice, and pour celery mixture into each glass (about 1 cup per glass).
