If you’re looking for an alcoholic drink full of deep fruit and spice cheer, here’s the beverage for you! It’s bright with the flavors of pomegranate juice, ginger beer, and mint—with a splash of vodka. I love to serve this Pomegranate Ginger Sparkler in mason jar glasses filled with ice and topped with mint leaves. You can make a large batch to serve it at a party, too.
I garnished these cocktails with pomegranate flowers, lemon slices, and mint from my garden.
Each of those flowers bears a large, ruby-red pomegranate come winter time!
