Self-Care Sunday Series

Everyone makes resolutions for the new year but by the end of January, many of us have already let our resolutions slide. Tune in for Rachel’s expert responses to these questions and more in the first of our #SelfCare Sunday video series. And be sure to check back each Sunday in January for Rachel’s latest video. Next up, she’ll cover exercise tips for 2022.
