Description

Make a Sunny Peach Pumpkin Smoothie to brighten up any day with health and flavor.

Filled with carrots, peaches, sunflower seeds, pumpkin, and spice, this vegan pumpkin smoothie is just so good.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced peaches (fresh, frozen or canned—unsweetened)
  • 3/4 cup plant-based milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon organic raw sunflower seeds
  • Pinch pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the container of a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 (12-ounce glasses). Serve immediately. Makes 2 small (about 12 ounces) smoothies.
