Ingredients
- 2 small cucumbers (i.e., Persian), sliced
- 5 medium tomatoes, chopped
- ½ red onion, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh basil, sliced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Optional: Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, and basil in a medium bowl.
