If you need a workout to do today and you’re short on equipment this one is for you! Do a quick warmup and get started! You’re sure to feel the burn with this one.

Workout:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

6 Rounds total of:

  • 1 minute of push-ups
  • 1 minute of air squats
  • 1 minute of fire hydrants (30 sec. each leg)
  • 1 minute of reverse crunches
