You know I’m working hard to build myself a booty! It’s not going to happen from one workout but it’s still fun dreaming! Here’s a fun workout that will get you feeling the burn in your buns!

Workout:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

3 Rounds of:

  • 20 Lunges
  • 25 Squats
  • 20 Glute Bridges
  • 20 Donkey Kicks
  • 30 Second Wall Sit
  • Rest 2-3 Minutes

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: Take your time to do each exercise properly. If needed, reduce the number of repetitions for each exercise by 5-10.
