Celebrating International Dance Day

Join us Friday, April 29 from 6-8pm as we celebrate International Dance Day with 305 Fitness and a live-DJ! 305 Fitness is a 45-minute dance cardio workout! It’s fun, wild, and hard AF. An addictively fun dance cardio class that works you head to toe. Drop it low, tone it up, and shake it out in the studio!

Class starts at 6pm at ALL of our clubs, followed by a freestyle dance party happy hour until 8pm, featuring drinks and local businesses.
