Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Alba Gutierrez is a Spanish Actress, Dancer, Comedian, Singer here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, and her beauty secrets.
Namita Nayyar:
Where were you born and where you had your early education? You are multilingual and speak English, Spanish, Italian and French. You featured in the short films “My First Dawn, Without thinking twice and the movie Cinema Verite Verite. This propelled your acting career to the height where you have been at the top of the world as an actress in films, theater, and modeling. Tell us more about this journey of hard work, tenacity, and endurance?
Alba Gutierrez:
I was born in Madrid and I studied in several high-schools, but I spent most of the time in Madrid’s French Lyceum. There are times as an actress where you work very hard and other times you don’t, but I always try to give my best when I’m working. Each project is different and you have to adapt to them. Personally I try to understand the character I play so I can learn from her. I always learn something and that is wonderful.
Namita Nayyar:
You have acted in television shows and series, “2021 Mothers, Mediaset. Amazon Prime, 2020-2021 Luimelia Atresmedia TV. Diagonal TV. 2019-2020 Love is forever “. Tell us more about working in these television shows and which one is dearer to your heart. Tell us any experience during the filming of the show that you wish to share?
Alba Gutierrez:
Every project I was involved in has given me something different, above all experience, and I kept good memories from them. I had the opportunity to meet wonderful people who have taught me a lot and they inspired me as well, becoming models for my career.
Namita Nayyar:
You have been trained professionally and completed the course Diploma in RESAD, Interpretation before the camera at the Central de Cine, Film script, and direction at Casa Encendida and Classical dance, middle grade, Carmen Roche School. Tell us more about this training session and other professional training at different academies and how that sculpted your acting persona?
Alba Gutierrez:
I studied in the Royal Dramatic Art School in Madrid. It was more focused on theatre. After that I continued studying, especially in film acting. Nowadays I still training, trying new techniques and work methods. Curiosity is very important for acting and it gives us the chance to be more creative.
There’s not a perfect way to act. You have to walk your own path and know what works for you, so your acting is always evolving.
