Golden Milk

I am in love with the trend for plant-based milks made from golden turmeric and other spices. These anti-inflammatory beverages called Golden Milk are basically a turmeric chai, and they are delicious sipped warm, or poured over ice as a cool beverage. I also enjoy using Golden Milk as an ingredient—stir it in coffee for a spicy-sweet addition, or pour it into baked goods or sauces as a flavorful addition.

Check out my video showing step-by-step how to make this healthful, warming beverage.
