Tahini Ginger Dressing

One of my all-time favorite vegan, gluten-free dressings is this creamy Tahini Ginger Dressing, filled with the earthy, nuttiness of tahini, accented with crisp, clean lemon juice, and spiced up with a sprinkling of smoked paprika. It’s an excellent addition for green salads, sandwiches, whole grain side dishes, and veggie platters. Description

This easy, gluten-free Tahini Ginger Dressing is the perfect addition to green salads, sandwiches, whole grain side dishes, and veggie platters.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • Pinch sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated black pepper
  • Optional Garnish: smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small dish until smooth and creamy.
  2. May need to add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to achieve desired consistency.
  3. May garnish with smoked paprika, if desired.
